Training Programs
In order to actively respond to the rapidly changing operating
environment, we regularly conduct engineer training
programs.
This training includes accident case sharing, industry technology
trends, the latest technology introduction, and on-boarding
programs for new operators.
Through this, operators can systematically build their
capabilities so that they can continuously learn how to derive
improvements and operate customer issues or requirements.
