Yoon sik Jeong
Yoonsik Jeong is ADIK’s Chief Executive Officer and its co-founder.
Yoonsik has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry that oversees
the overall business cycle of various IT services such as product planning,
business management, sales, and consulting.
Before being named CEO in 2019, he was in charge of Enterprise customer
business at Korea Telecom and managed domestic and international IT
service businesses, including data center and network services.
Prior to joining Korea Telecom, he worked as business executives for
IBM Korea MBPS, Oracle, PwC, and has successfully completed many
IT businesses and projects. Yoonsik has a bachelor’s degree in economics
from Yonsei University, a master’s degree in information engineering from
George Washington University, and also completed the Advanced
Management Program of Seoul National University.

Young Jin No
Youngjin No is Chief Technology Officer of ADIK and also co-founder. He has more than 20 years of experience in the data center field.
Prior to his current role, Youngjin served as the Cluster DCEO leader of AWS. He oversaw advanced data center technology/operations in APAC region.
Before joining to AWS, he led the IDC business team at LG U+, a domestic ISP, and opened the largest data center in Korea to attract various global customers.
He has led the introduction of the first Uptime Tier certification system in Korea data center market and also pioneering and establishing data center commissioning market. He also has contributed to the strategic direction and solutions of data center construction and operation from design to operation based on MEP design consulting, technical training and various field engineering experiences.
As an electrical engineering major, he holds a U.S. Oregon registered P.E. license and also holds a number of domestic qualifications, including Uptime ATD and HP CDCP.
