Chief Executive Officer
Dong Yoon Sung
Dong Yoon Sung is a real estate investment and finance expert with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the CEO of ADIK. He has held key leadership positions, including Head of Investment, at leading Korean real estate financial institutions such as Shinhan REITs Management and Ehwa Asset Management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led the acquisition, development, and management of various commercial real estate assets, including offices, logistics centers, and data centers.
A strategic visionary, he has spearheaded large-scale Project Financing (PF) and asset structuring in collaboration with global investment firms. Leveraging his deep market insights and extensive network, he plays a pivotal role in securing strategic sites for ADIK’s data centers and maximizing investment value. Beyond simple development, he is strengthening ADIK’s market leadership by establishing an advanced business model that integrates finance with infrastructure.

Jiwoon Inn
Josh Jiwoon Inn, oversees Business Development at ADIK, providing optimized data center solutions to global hyperscalers and cloud service providers.
Having been at the forefront of the data center and cloud infrastructure industry for the past 14 years, he possesses an exceptional ability to go beyond simple space leasing to perfectly align a customer’s business expansion strategy with their technical requirements. Most notably, he has led the entire project lifecycle—from discovery to operation—targeting major global and domestic CSPs (Cloud Service Providers), achieving a total IT capacity of over 120MW and a cumulative contract value of $1.2 billion (USD).
Jiwoon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UCLA. In the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure market, she currently focuses on strengthening partnerships with major domestic and international tech companies and developing new business models, aligned with Actis’s global expansion strategy.

DCE / Engineer Head
Jungguk Kim
Jungguk Kim is a specialist with over 19 years of engineering experience and is currently in charge of the Data Center Engineering division at ADIK.
He built his infrastructure and technical capabilities at Hanwha Ocean, where he was involved in offshore plant bidding and FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), and later served in the offshore FPSO construction and production engineering team.
He holds a U.S. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Mechanical Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kyungpook National University. He derives precise and efficient solutions even within complex hyperscale data center design processes. His market leadership and engineering insights are key drivers in ensuring ADIK’s data centers secure global-level competitiveness and a stable operational foundation.

Actis Anyang Operations Head
Janghee Lee
Janghee Lee is an expert in operations and technology-based safety management with 23 years of experience. He currently serves as the Head of Center for the Epoch Anyang Data Center.
He began his career as a data center operations and electrical engineer at LG Dacom and ETLink. Following this, he served as an infrastructure operations manager at Koscom (KRX) and subsequently as the head of the safety management team at CJ Powercast.
Leveraging his professional technical expertise, he has performed duties in operations, information security, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) for data center and broadcasting infrastructure. Based on his experience in electrical design, construction supervision, commissioning, and Data Center TIER certification, he currently oversees the stable and efficient technical operations of the Epoch Anyang Data Center.

Junho Lee
Junho Lee, Managing Director, is a data center operations expert with 26 years of experience and currently serves as the Head of Center for Actis Seoul.
Throughout his career, which includes roles as IDC Center Operations Manager at Hyundai Information Technology and Infra Ops Operations Manager at Lotte Data Communication, he has built deep expertise across the entire data center infrastructure spectrum, including specialized management for global Cloud Service Providers (CSPs).
Leveraging his world-class infrastructure operation capabilities, he has established stable operations and efficient processes. He is currently leading the Actis Seoul center successfully by applying his extensive hands-on field know-how.
